These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, all related services, and the purchase or download of any digital products, software, source code, or launch packages provided under the Hafl Tech brand (“we”, “us”, “our”). Hafl Tech is a brand operated and managed by IE Hambardzum Panosyan, acting as the commercial entity responsible for transactions carried out through this website.

By accessing the website, purchasing any digital product, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or purchase products.

1. Digital Products & Services

We specialize in digital products, mobile app templates, Flutter source code, customization services, branding packages, and enterprise launch solutions. All products are delivered digitally and do not include physical goods.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Source Code Packages

  • Branded App Packages

  • Full Launch Packages

  • Custom Enterprise Packages

  • Additional files, documentation, templates, or assets

Downloads are provided immediately after purchase (or after manual review for enterprise orders).

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction,

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements,

  • Use the Services for lawful purposes only.

3. Account Responsibility

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials,

  • You agree to notify us of any unauthorized access,

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. License to Use Digital Products

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the digital product according to the license included in your package.

You may:

  • Modify the code for your own project

  • Use it for personal or commercial purposes (within allowed license terms)

  • Deploy it on app stores under your own branding

  • Use it as the base for your own product

You may not:

  • Resell, distribute, or share the source code publicly

  • Offer the code as part of another open-source or commercial template

  • Claim authorship or original copyright

  • Use the product for illegal activities

  • Reproduce the package for multiple clients without purchasing a separate license

Violation of license terms may result in termination of access to future updates and legal remedies.

5. Enterprise Services

Enterprise packages may include:

  • Custom development

  • Deployment to App Store / Google Play

  • Branding & design

  • Technical consultations

  • Integrations

  • Ongoing support (subject to SLA)

Enterprise agreements may require a separate signed contract or statement of work (SOW).

We reserve the right to accept or decline enterprise clients at our discretion.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

By completing a purchase, you:

  • Authorize the payment provider (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, etc.)

  • Agree to the total amount billed

  • Confirm that the payment method belongs to you or is legally authorized

We do not store or process full card details — all payments are handled securely by third-party processors.

7. No Refunds for Digital Products

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Source code

  • Templates

  • Branding packages

  • Full Launch Packages

  • Partial work already delivered

  • Misunderstanding of product functionality if the product works as described

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • A verified technical issue preventing file delivery

Enterprise custom work follows separate refund and cancellation conditions defined in the SLA.

8. Delivery of Digital Files

After successful payment, your digital files will be available via:

  • Shopify digital downloads

  • Email delivery

  • A link in your order confirmation

  • Direct communication for enterprise orders

If you experience issues accessing your files, you must contact customer support within 7 days.

9. Updates

Some products may receive updates. Unless explicitly included in your package, updates are not guaranteed and may be offered as a separate paid upgrade.

10. Intellectual Property

All products, including source code, branding materials, documentation, and digital assets, remain the intellectual property of Hafl Tech unless permanently transferred under a contract.

You obtain a license — not ownership rights.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website

  • Interfere with the functionality or security

  • Use the product for harmful or illegal activities

  • Reverse-engineer digital rights management

  • Share purchased files publicly or privately without permission

Suspicious activity may result in file access being revoked.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

All digital products are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, including:

  • No guarantee the app will be approved by Apple or Google

  • No guarantee it will fit your specific technical environment

  • No promise of earnings, success, or business outcomes

  • No liability for implementation mistakes

You are responsible for:

  • Customization

  • Deployment

  • Compliance with relevant app store guidelines

  • Ensuring the code suits your infrastructure

We may provide guidance but do not guarantee results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Business interruption

  • App store rejection

  • Data loss

  • Incorrect implementation

  • Security breaches caused by your hosting or environment

  • Damages resulting from misuse of the product

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Misuse the digital products

  • Engage in fraud or abuse

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version becomes effective upon posting. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance.
